- From Miramar Beach, head up Eucalyptus Lane/San Ysidro Road and make a right on San Leandro Lane.
- Take San Leandro Lane over to the Ennisbrook Trail (check the map as San Leandro Lane does a zig-zag)
- Take the Ennisbrook Trail up to East Valley Lane and continue up to East Valley Road.
- Right on East Valley Road (be careful of cars - safest to run on the mountainside of the road, facing traffic).
- Left up Park Lane to the junction of Mountain Drive and the Wyman Trailhead.
- Up Wyman Trail to Old Pueblo Trail.
- Head west on Old Pueblo Trail over to San Ysidro canyon Edison Catway.
- Up the San Ysidro Catway for a few hundred yards then left (west) on the McMenemy Trail.
- Take McMenemy trail all the way up and over to the Hot Spring Fireroad.
- Head up the Hot Spring Fireroad and take a left at the Edison Catway road that connects Hot Springs canyon to Cold Springs canyon (do not run up to the old hotel or the actual hot springs).
- Climb up the Edison Catway until you get to the power lines then start heading down the East Fork of Cold Spring trail.
- Near the bottom (but not all the way at the bottom) of East Fork, cross over the creek and head up the West Fork of Cold Spring Canyon.
- Take West Fork all the way up to where the trail - and your run - ends at the “No Shooting” sign at the big hairpin turn on Gibraltar Rd. This is where you'll meet your mountain bike for the final segment.
Bike:
**COURSE CHANGE FOR 2024 due to Romero clousure**

The finish is at the end of the Hammond's Beach Trail. Access to the Hammons' Beach Trail is on the lower right side of the Miramar Beach parking lot. The finish line is a couple hundred yards down the trail, over the bridge, and at the end of the trail where the big log bench is.
Burrito, beers and a fresh dip in the ocean to celebrate a mission accomplished!

This is a 100% self-supported day! You must provide your own crew, transportation, and aid stations.
Challengers are solely responsible for their own health & safety.
PRONE or SUP BOARDS ONLY for the paddle.
MOUNTAIN BIKES ONLY. No gravel bikes, no E-bikes, no switching to road bikes on road sections. Please use a bell on the downhill and make sure your brakes are in great condition! Pads aren't a bad idea either since Cold Springs is a challenging technical downhill ride.
If you have a choice between a paved road or a trail, take the trail.
Common sense applies: No littering, obey all traffic rules and look out for each other.
Most importantly, have FUN!, FUN!, FUN! and enjoy the challenge!
